Special moments for VCF Inclusivo
Official photo at the Puma Welcome Academy and participation in LaLiga Genuine
The VCF Inclusivo, which closed the 2024–25 season with two titles in the 2025 FEDI-CV Regional 8-a-side Football Championship, has begun the 2025–26 season enjoying two very special moments.
On the one hand, its now traditional participation—fully integrated as just another team—in the Puma Welcome Academy, an event where the official team photograph is taken; and on the other, its participation in a new edition of LaLiga Genuine.
The Fundació VCF has been working with the intellectual disability (ID) community through its Inclusive VCF program since the 2016–17 season, enabling them to play football as motivation for personal development and social interaction.
In the official photograph, the players and coaching staff of the VCF Inclusivo were joined by Ron Gourlay, CEO of Football at Valencia CF; Javier Solís, General Director; players Andrés Almeida, Pauleta Sancho and Marina Martí; and representatives of the “teammate partners” of VCF Inclusivo: Puma, Aquaservice, Supertite, SAV, SP·Berner and Colevisa.
